So this time we wanted to get some sun on our skins and simply enjoy the good weather. We took a plane from rainy Copenhagen to Barcelona and then from Barcelona to Gran Canaria.
We had around 3 hours of break between the flights so we enjoyed the food at the airport. Btw. I have never seen someone that slow in serving food! We were first in the line when we came, but we had to wait around 20 minutes to get our stuff! And you should see the line afterwards! Ha! I don't remember the place's name, but it was on the right side the most to the left :D
Because there is a time change in Gran Canaria - we arrived around 2 am Copenhagen time. We had to take a taxi from the airport to our hotel. I wouldn't say it was cheap (but it was a night price) because we paid 30 euro, but definitely comfortable. One highway to heaven.
Our hotel was called Koka and it was placed in Maspalomas. We got the key and entered our lovely place. It was lovely, of course it depends what you demand. It was a studio with a kitchen, simple bathroom and a nice balcony, with a view over the swimming pool! No air conditioning though and paid TV (1 euro per hour)
Even though weather was amazing (it was around 22 degrees in the night) we decided to go to sleep and start enjoying our holidays from the second day.
The second day was amazing! It was warm and I just couldn't wait to jump into the cold water. But first - breakfast.
Right next to our hotel is a small super market Hiper Dino, where we were buying breakfasts (We didn't have food included in our trip). The most amazing feeling for me (yeah, everyone who has a good weather every day will probably laugh) was to be able to go outside in the morning and eat breakfast at the balcony. With a sun in our faces. God, how much I love that feeling!

| I simply couldn't resist! Ice coffee every morning! |
Right after the breakfast we went to the beach. It is called Playa Del Ingles. For me - it was the most amazing beach there, and I have seen a lot.

| Yeah, filter 30! |
After couple of hours at the beach we went to get something to eat. I will also add that our Koka hotel is not providing free internet, so every time we had access to the internet was because we were dining at the restaurant, where they offered free access ! :)
Coctails were super good!
In the evening we went to see beautiful dunes, which are one of the main attraction in Gran Canaria's Maspalomas. We met a lot of sales man on the main street next to the beach, who offers everything from watches to trips. We ordered one of the trips from a guy called Pablo. It was a dolphin trip with a boat for a whole day, where food and drinks were included, but about this trip I will tell later.
While walking on the main street we noticed that everywhere are Germans! There was a plague with a German language! There was even a small district where people could sing German songs and the bars were typically German! (For my surprise there was not so many Polish people! )
Dunes from Maspalomas side were nice, but not the most amazing. Later on we found out that the best place to see dunes is Faro (but about this trip also later on) For now - evening view from Maspalomas's dunes!
After dinner, we walked around to find some nice places to go next day. And we I have to tell you - this two first days were the most lazy days for us there! More exciting pictures and relations is coming !
